12 Month Position

Qualifications:

• Minimum Experience: Minimum three (3) years of successful secretarial/accounts payable/payroll experience.

• Preferred Experience: Previous experience in a school business office is highly preferred.

• Knowledge: Knowledge of accepted business practices, laws, and regulations governing school districts.

• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

• Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills. A high level of interpersonal skills is required to interact with employees, leaders, vendors, and others.

• Background Check: Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. Citizenship or legal resident alien status.

Salary Range:

$50,000 - $62,000 commensurate with experience
