Staff Needed: Two (2) Teachers of English as a Second Language
Qualifications:

Hold a New Jersey English as a Second Language Teacher Certification
Must be knowledgeable of NJSLS
Demonstrates knowledge of WIDA English Language Development Standards
Excellent experience teaching and working with Multilingual students
Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of teaching English as a second language, effective instructional strategies, and classroom management
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of child growth and development
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of various learning methods of assessments for Multilingual Learners
Exhibit a personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents, and the community
Demonstrate the ability to use Microsoft and Google Suites, data management, digital technology to augment authentic learning, information retrieval, visual and audio presentations, and telecommunications
Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing. Use proper grammar and vocabulary with students, staff, administration, and the community
Must be computer literate and knowledgeable with Microsoft and Google Suites
Highly motivated result-driven educator
Must be able to advocate for Multilingual education

Salary: As Per Negotiated Contract
