Shift 7:00am - 3:30pm

Qualifications:

Applicant must fill out an online application
Ability to read basic operating instructions and write reports
Ability to read electric prints
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Black Seal Boilers License, Preferred
Electrical Experience
High School Graduate or equivalent
HVAC experience
Kitchen equipment repaid, electric repair and installation
Knowledge of fire and burglar alarms, Preferred
Knowledge in general maintenance repairs
Must be able to climb and work off ladder
Skill in the use of typical construction, hand and power tools
Valid NJ Driver's License
Other assigned duties

Responsibilities:

Performs preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation & air conditioning equipment
Participates in snow removal
