GENERAL SECRETARY TO DIRECTOR OF RELATED SERVICES

Full-time, 12 months, benefits, previous secretarial experience required, effective September 1, 2019

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or possession of an approved high school equivalency diploma
  • Secretarial experience in general or school office settings
  • Experience with Frontline IEP Software and Semi Billing preferred
  • Skilled in computer operations and data entry, Microsoft Word/Excel, Google Docs/Sheets/Calendar
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and telephone skills
  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
  • Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status

SALARY:

Salary based upon the Cape May County Special Services School District Staff Association Contract.
