Position Overview:

As an Early Childhood Paraprofessional, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for our young students. This position primarily involves providing support and assistance to children, with a particular focus on those with special needs. Candidates who possess Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• School Experience: Candidates with prior experience working in a school setting will be favored.

• ABA Experience: Prior experience with Applied Behavior Analysis techniques will be highly considered.

• Diaper Changing: Candidates will be responsible for assisting students with diaper changing and maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.

• Supportive Role: Assist the classroom teacher in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior plans

• Hours: The position operates during regular school hours from 8:10 AM to 2:55 PM, offering a predictable and consistent schedule.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Prior experience working with children, especially in a school or childcare setting.
• ABA experience or relevant training is a significant advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a caring demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
