Business Office Assistant – Full time
Qualifications: Associate’s Degree (business, accounting or finance) and/or prior experience in a school business office or school secretary position Experience with Systems 3000 and/or similar program for payroll services Familiarity with NJDOE regulations and reports relating to business, facilities, and transportation Proficiency with Google Suite applications (Google Docs, Sheets and Calendar) and Microsoft Office Superior written and verbal communication skills Organizational skills and ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines Effective communication, interpersonal and human relations skills Successful completion of criminal history background check per N.J.S.A. 18A:6-7.1 and employment history check per state law Current residency in New Jersey or exempt status per New Jersey First Act Application Procedure:
