Bachelor’s degree in English, English Education, or a related field.

Valid New Jersey teaching certification in English and Secondary Education.

Experience teaching English at the high school level, with a focus on literature, writing, and language arts.

Strong understanding of the New Jersey State Standards for English Language Arts and the ability to integrate them into daily lessons.
