The Hun School of Princeton seeks dynamic and creative Summer Summer School Teachers for various courses.
The Summer School Teachers at The Hun School of Princeton will create an atmosphere that fosters active student participation in the learning process. Students are encouraged to think creatively while constructing ideas and solving problems. Incorporating the latest technology, students become critical thinkers and collaborate in small and large groups as they learn to think logically and critically.
- Planning courses, curriculum, and teaching class(es) during the six-week Hun Summer School Program.
- A bachelor's degree; advanced degree a plus;
- Teacher must be available from June 28, 2021 through August 6, 2021
- Knowledge of K-12 teaching standards and frameworks;
- A love for working with young people;
- A commitment to a diverse and inclusive community;
- A passion for teaching in an innovative, experiential, and student-centered environment;
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with students, parents, faculty, and staff;
- Personal qualities including resilience, approachability, and kindness;
- Excellent technology skills and experience integrating technology into the curriculum.

The Hun School of Princeton is a co-educational, private day and boarding school in Princeton, New Jersey. The working environment is an office and school environment on a hilly 50-acre campus in Princeton, New Jersey. The abilities to occasionally lift files and storage boxes, walk up and downstairs, attend meetings in varying locations throughout campus, and continually use computers and related office equipment are required. Not all buildings on campus have elevators.
