| Qualifications: |
New Jersey Teacher of English certificate or Elementary with Language Arts Literacy required; successful teaching experience preferred. Readers and Writers Workshop experience preferred. Knowledge of current teaching methods and educational pedagogy, as well as differentiated instruction based upon learning styles. Knowledge of middle school philosophy and learning. Ability to use formative assessments to collect and analyze student data to monitor and track student growth. Proficient in the use of instructional technology.
