Principal Special Education - Preschool

CTC Academy – A private, non-profit, NJ Department of Education Approved School for Students with Disabilities, located in Fair Lawn, NJ (Bergen County), serves the educational and therapeutic needs of student’s ages 18 months to 7 years old with complex intellectual and developmental disabilities. 

• We are seeking a Principal to head our Preschool program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of innovative thinking, outstanding communication skills with staff, students and their families, and a “heart” for children who learn differently. 
• The candidate must have at least 5 years of special education teaching experience and 2-5 years of experience as a Principal.
• The selected individual must be able to maintain and increase the high standards of excellence we have at CTC, as well as have the vision and leadership skills to contribute to and implement CTC’s strategic plan. 
• Experience with budget matters, scheduling, and evaluation of staff and a current NJ Principal’s Certificate required.  Position available early summer but if available, the right candidate can join our team in the spring to work with our current Principal who will be transitioning to our upper campus in Oakland NJ in July of 2023.
