Requirements: Appropriate certification

• Provide one-to-one instructional and behavioral support.
• Assist in implementing Individualized Education Programs and Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Utilize de-escalation strategies and therapeutic approaches to promote student success.
• Reinforce social-emotional learning and the use of self-regulation and coping skills.
• Collect data on student progress and behavior as directed.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with all staff.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding student information and records.
• Associate Degree or higher preferred.
