Full Time Registered Behavior Technician

The Brooklawn School District is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. We provide high-quality ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services in our school setting, using evidence-based practices that promote meaningful change.

Position Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct ABA therapy to clients in 1:1 or small group settings
  
  
• Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
  
  
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data systems
  
  
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA regarding client progress
  
  
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development
  
  

Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification or willingness to be trained as an RBT
• High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred)
  
  
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)
  
  
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain CPR/First Aid certification
  
  
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  
  
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes or centers
