Full-Time Custodian

FULL-TIME CUSTODIAN - 12-month position with benefits

• High school diploma or equivalent training/experience.
• Flexible schedule
• Custodial Experience
• Holds a current State of NJ Black Seal Low Pressure Boiler License or can secure a license within the first 12 months of employment.
• Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs.
• Demonstrates knowledge of fire/safety laws and proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Familiar with floor cleaning equipment, HVAC systems, hand tools, etc.
• Driver's license required

• Self-motivated

   

Criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship
or legal resident alien status required.

Starting Salary: $47,549, negotiable depending on experience.
