2022/2023 School Year
Experience in desktop support for Windows and/or MAC OS platforms.
Must be able to troubleshoot and solve computer hardware and software issues.
Knowledge and experience with networking computer devices and printers
Ability to perform minor hardware repairs
Demonstrate effective problem solving and communication skills
Familiar with Smartboard and/or Promethean panels recommended
Maintain, troubleshoot, install, upgrade, and repair software and hardware issues
Setup and configure computers and peripheral equipment such as printers, scanners, etc.
Assist students, teachers, administration, support staff diagnose and remedy hardware and software applications.
Must travel to all schools in district
