Qualifications:

• Master's Degree from an accredited college or university
• Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate and Subject Area Endorsement or eligibility.
• Valid New Jersey Supervisory or Principal Certificate, Principal Certificate Preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of teaching experience
• Demonstrated leadership in student support, discipline, or activities
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status 

Salary & Benefits:

• Per the established WEA Salary Guide ranging from $62,650 to $105,677
• Full-time staff are eligible for Medical, Prescription, Dental and Vision benefits.
• Sick and personal days are included per the WEA contract.
