Accounts Payable Manager

Oak Knoll seeks an Accounts Payable Manager to join our Business Office and support the school’s financial operations with accuracy, efficiency, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

In this role, you will:

• Process all vendor payments and manage communication with vendors, faculty, and staff
• Assist faculty and staff in reviewing actual versus budgeted expenses
• File 1099s and ensure all purchasing procedures are followed
• Help launch and implement a new online purchasing system
• Support the Director of Finance and CFOO with special projects
• Embrace and learn AI tools to enhance workflow and efficiency

Preferred Experience:
Experience with Blackbaud Accounts Payable and General Ledger platforms and Paymerang is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
