Salary: Following the established BTEA Collective Bargaining Agreement Salary Guide ranging from $68,794 to $102,710 (2026-2027)

Job Requirements:
- Valid New Jersey certification: Earth Science Teacher Certificate
- Must meet NJ residency requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A passion for teaching, with the ability to connect with students and create a positive learning atmosphere
- Required criminal history background check, proof of US citizenship or legal resident alien status.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and motivated. Self-starter. Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and demonstrate flexibility.
