The Chester Board of Education seeks a visionary superintendent to lead our vibrant and innovative district into the future. With a strong focus on digital literacy, sustainability, safety, and hands-on learning, this PK-8 district offers a dynamic learning environment for our 1,026 students across three Future Ready certified schools—Dickerson Elementary School (K-2), Bragg Intermediate School (3 – 5), and Black River Middle School (6 – 8). Our high school students attend West Morris Regional High School District.

Qualifications:
- NJ School Administrator Certificate or Certificate of Eligibility required.
- Experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent preferred.
- 3+ years of administrative experience required.
- PK-8 experience preferred.
