In accordance with the provisions of Article XIV-B of the contract between the Flemington-Raritan Education Association and the Flemington-Raritan Board of Education, the following position is available:
Position: Middle School Teacher - Language Arts, Grade 8
School Year: 2025-2026 - Tenure Track Position
Effective: April 15, 2026 - June 30, 2026
Qualifications:
Subject Matter Language Arts/Literacy Specialization in Grades 5 - 8 or Teacher of English Certification
Salary:
Salary range: $63,065 to $94,115, in accordance with the established FREA Salary Guide. Placement on the guide will be determined based on the provisions outlined in Article 12, Section A.1 (Initial Employment) of the FREA Collective Bargaining Agreement. Salary will be prorated based on FTE and for partial-year assignments.
Benefits:
Eligibility for benefits is based on length of service and full-time employment status. In accordance with the FREA Collective Bargaining Agreement, full-time staff are eligible for medical, prescription, and dental coverage. Paid time off includes sick, personal, and bereavement days.
