About Student Athlete Academy:
Student Athlete Academy is not your typical middle school. We’re the first academy in the U.S. to specialize in academics and athletic development for middle school student-athletes. Our small class sizes, family-style culture, and supportive staff make teaching here both rewarding and low-stress. We focus on education, mentorship, and growth, not red tape or constant testing.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Certified or substitute-licensed NJ teachers (Math and/or Science)
• Experienced in grades 6–8, or comfortable teaching middle school
• Positive, energetic, and passionate about helping young student-athletes succeed
• Flexible and collaborative team player

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach engaging and hands-on Math and/or Science lessons
• Motivate and mentor students who balance academics with athletics
• Communicate progress clearly with students, parents, and staff
• Contribute to a culture of excellence and care

Schedule & Compensation:

• 9-month academic calendar (September–June)
