IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR FACILITIES MAINTENANCE AND GROUNDS CUSTODIAN POSITION

• Full-time position (7:00am - 3:30pm) 
• Full benefit package with required waiting period (health, dental, pension) 
• Valid drivers license required 
• Required ability to operate and safely use grounds maintenance equipment.
• Black Seal license preferred, required within first year 
• Knowledge of plant operation and maintenance; cleaning methods and procedures; heating and ventilation
• School experience preferred but not required 
• NJDOE criminal history clearance and pre-employment verification clearance
• Preferred experience with HVAC or other skilled trades
• Salary range: $48,952 - $65,000 based on experience
