ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO THE BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR
Full Time - 12 month position

- High School graduate, college courses preferred.
- Experience with all aspects of NJ Public School Business Office administration preferred.
- Knowledge of efficient office procedures and business software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Quickbooks, Google, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Board Agenda preparation and requirements, billing, cash receipt application and National School Lunch program processing procedures.
- Strong mathematical skills, and possess qualities of adaptability and versatility.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work load and meet deadlines.
- Required Criminal History background check and proof of U.S citizenship or legal resident status.
- Salary commensurate with experience.
