JOB VACANCY

The South Bergen Jointure Commission is currently accepting resumes for the following position:

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO THE BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR

Full Time - 12 month position
Full Benefits Package – Medical, Prescription, and Dental Insurance

Opening March 1, 2022

Qualifications:
  1. High School graduate, college courses preferred.
  2. Experience with all aspects of NJ Public School Business Office administration preferred.
  3. Knowledge of efficient office procedures and business software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Quickbooks, Google, and Outlook.
  4. Knowledge of Board Agenda preparation and requirements, billing, cash receipt application and National School Lunch program processing procedures.
  5. Strong mathematical skills, and possess qualities of adaptability and versatility.
  6. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work load and meet deadlines.
  7. Required Criminal History background check and proof of U.S citizenship or legal resident status.
  8. Salary commensurate with experience.
