Job Posting: Assistant Principal
St. Mark Christian Academy – [South River, NJ]

St. Mark Christian Academy is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Principal to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing key aspects of school operations, ensuring a safe and efficient learning environment for students and staff. This position has the potential to lead into a Principal position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the school's Student Information System (SIS) to ensure accurate student records and data reporting.
  • Oversee the integration and utilization of technology within the school to support educational and administrative functions.
  • Supervise and coordinate standardized testing processes and compliance with state and school guidelines.
  • Ensure building security by implementing and monitoring safety protocols to maintain a secure campus environment.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day school operations, including scheduling, staff observations, and policy enforcement.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid New Jersey Principal Certificate and/or New Jersey Supervisor Certificate.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with school operations, educational technology, and data management systems preferred.
  • Commitment to the mission and values of St. Mark Christian Academy.

Salary Range

  • $65,000 to $70,000
