ELEMENTARY VICE PRINCIPAL
Description: This is an administrative tenure track position that is available on or before August 1, 2019 at the B. Bernice Young Elementary School.
Qualifications: This position requires a New Jersey Principal's certification.
Candidate must also meet the NJ residency requirements. Burlington Township is seeking an enthusiastic individual who is seeking employment as an educational leader in a progressive and collaborative learning environment. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate effective leadership, have knowledge of section 504, RTI and HIB law. Knowledge or experience in primary education and early childhood development is preferred. Must also be able to maintain and foster a positive and collaborative learning environment as an instructional leader, have a strong knowledge of effective instructional practices, and demonstrate strong communication skills. Must exhibit a personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents, and the community.

1. A minimum of four years teaching and/or administrative experience.
2. Master's Degree and New Jersey Principal’s Certificate.
3. A working knowledge of the instructional process.
4. An understanding of the process of supervision and evaluation.
