Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Proficient in Google Workspace, including Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar, and Drive
Experience with PowerSchool or similar student information systems
Familiarity with Canva or other design platforms for creating school communications and materials
Calendar management experience, including scheduling meetings, managing events, and coordinating appointments
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to professionalism and a positive school culture
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
Strong multitasking abilities, especially in a fast-paced school environment
Proficient math skills, with experience in budgeting, purchasing, and data analysis
Associate degree or higher preferred
