*Supervises the work of the custodial staff *Directs custodial personnel as necessary to perform all cleaning and minor maintenance *Performs cleanliness inspections *Develops on the job training programs *Initiates and manages energy improvement projects *Develops HVAC equipment schedules to reduce energy projects *Assists in solving IAQ and comfort issues *Writes bid specifications, project scope, and coordinates construction projects *Additional duties as assigned *See official job description (attached) for additional information
*Must possess NJ Low Pressure Boiler Operators license (Black Seal) *Must have valid drivers license *Must be able to use a personal computer including email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and web-based maintenance management software *Minimum of (5) years experience in work involving the cleaning of buildings, including a minimum of (2) years in a supervisory capacity * Must have an understanding of energy billing including demand charges *Must understand the operation of building automation controls and HVAC equipment
