Job Title: Substitute Nurses
Reports To: Building Principal/ Supervisor, or other administrator if needed
Effective date: 9/2/2025
Salary: per diem
Health Benefits: None provided

Position Summary: The above substitute Nurses positions are available for the 2025-2026 school year.

Qualifications:

Current license as a registered professional nurse in New Jersey
BLS/CPR Certification
Knowledge, background/experience in nursing duties/responsibilities
Must meet highly qualified standards
Pediatrics/Emergency Dept/ICU experience preferred
Recent hospital clinical experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal/organizational/flexibility skills/Microsoft Office skills
Duties may include mandatory electronic tracking and reporting of program-related data
Fingerprinting is required for criminal history background clearance
