SUPERVISOR OF BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS

Start Date:  July 1, 2026
Reports to: School Business Administrator/Superintendent

Qualifications:

• Black Seal Low Pressure Boiler Operator’s License and post-secondary training related to professional responsibilities
• Possess or is eligible for an Educational Facilities Manager Certificate
• Asbestos Certification
• Experience as determined by the Business Administrator/Board Secretary
• Ability to supervise and coordinate the activities of custodial/maintenance staff/grounds staff, as well as outside contractors
• Demonstrated knowledge of architecture, school construction, engineering, plant operation, maintenance and management, and school safety
• Experience in project estimation of labor and supply needs and public purchasing
• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status

 Supervises: All custodial, maintenance and groundskeeping staff
