MAINTENANCE WORKER (PLUMBING EXPERIENCE)

12-Month Position

Plumbing License Preferred

Job Goal:  To maintain the physical school plant, facilities and equipment in a condition of operating excellence and safety, so that full educational use of them may be made at all times.

Qualifications:

• Hold or obtain and keep valid, at minimum, a Black Seal Boiler's License.
• Have and keep a valid New Jersey driver's license.
• Have basic communications and computational skills.
• Building, facilities and maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in specific craft areas, vocation and/or job responsibilities.
• Meet physical requirements of position.
• Hold state licenses (highly desirable).
• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or resident alien status.
