Computer Technician - IT Support/AV Tech

IT and AV support professional to help keep school technology running smoothly and support engaging classroom and event experiences. In this role, you’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, assist with classroom technology and audio-visual equipment, and provide responsive support to staff and students across campus. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, customer service, and working in a collaborative educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for computers, peripherals, printers, and user devices.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot classroom AV systems, projectors, displays, microphones, and related equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and basic network issues.
• Assist with device deployment, imaging, updates, inventory tracking, and equipment lifecycle support.
• Respond to support requests in a timely manner and document issues, resolutions, and recurring problems.
