Location: Bloomingdale Avenue School & Walnut Avenue School  

Requirements: 

New Jersey Certified School Counselor must demonstrate the following:

• Knowledge, skills and a background in counseling.
• Knowledge/background in teaching SEL lessons.
• Ability to effectively articulate and advocate for children's needs with teachers, administration and parents.
• Superior communication skills.
• Awareness of the New Jersey Learning Standards and state assessment protocol.
