Becton Regional High School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chemistry Teacher for a full-time, tenure-track position commencing in the 2025–2026 academic year.

Qualifications (per NJDOE):

• Certification: Valid NJDOE Certificate of Eligibility (CE), Certificate of Eligibility with Advanced Standing (CEAS), or Standard Certificate with an endorsement in Chemistry (Endorsement Code: 2270).
• Educational Background: Completion of a minimum of 30 semester-hour credits in chemistry, with at least 12 credits at the advanced level (junior, senior, or graduate level).
• Subject Matter Knowledge: Proficiency in teaching various chemistry topics, including but not limited to inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, and laboratory techniques.
• Instructional Skills: Ability to design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and promote critical thinking.
• Technology Integration: Familiarity with integrating technology into the classroom to enhance learning experiences.
