Part-Time Interim Superintendent
Warren County Special Services School District – Oxford, NJ
The Warren County Special Services School District (WCSSSD) is anticipating the need for a highly qualified and experienced individual to serve as Superintendent. The WCSSSD is a unique district with a heavy focus on its role as a critical intermediary between school districts and various types of service providers. The WCSSSD operates primarily through enterprise funds and requires strong financial oversight and management.
Qualifications:
  • Valid New Jersey School Administrator Certificate.
  • Prior experience with special services school districts is preferred.
  • New Jersey School Business Administrator Certificate strongly recommended.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of financial management experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership to ensure fiscal responsibility and efficiency.
  • Engage with school leaders throughout Warren County and the surrounding area to expand on the WCSSSD’s portfolio of services.
  • Oversee and manage enterprise fund operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.
  • Facilitate contracts and agreements between school districts and service providers.
Compensation:
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
