Description
The Dover Schools seeks applications for the position of Interim Administrator.  This individual will serve as a temporary school leader to address existing short-term vacancies or areas of special leadership need that exist within the district schools.
 
Qualifications:
  • Appropriate NJ Administrative certification:  principal, supervisor or school administrator
  • Experience in teacher evaluation, preferably in the Stronge model
  • Knowledge and ability in the Genesis student information system and experience in student scheduling
  • Understanding of Section 504, special education and student intervention models
  • Knowledge and experience in standardized testing administration and coordination
  • Fluent technology skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
