Staff Needed: One (1) Multilingual Teacher Coordinator

Qualifications:

Appropriate New Jersey Teacher Certification and Bilingual Certification (Spanish or HQT)
Knowledgeable of NJSLA, ACCESS, WIDA and effective instructional practices and strategies
Ability to analyze and use data to drive instruction
Experience working with elementary students
Google platform awareness
Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and good moral character
Must be a critical thinker, problem solver, and respect others
Must be computer literate and able to use interactive computer instructional software
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both orally and in writing, with staff, students, parents, administrators, and the community
Conduct PLC training
Coach new teachers
Assist administration in conducting needs assessments, develop improvement plans, coordinate program initiatives, and evaluate student proficiency, and program effectiveness
Communicate performance data, improvement plans, and program activities to school staff, students, and parents
Monitor the ASPS school plan and serve on the leadership team for Multilingual

Salary: As Per Negotiated Contract
