Qualifications:

Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
Ability to read basic operating instructions and write reports in English.
Demonstrated aptitude for successful completion of cleaning and maintenance tasks assigned.
Must be able to climb a ladder to perform lighting maintenance and any other custodial tasks that may require climbing.
Valid NJ Driver's License.
Transportation (own vehicle).
Black Seal Boilers License - a plus.
