JOB SUMMARY: 
 
We are seeking an educational leader to join our team who will foster a healthy learning environment for our students.
The primary responsibilities are to facilitate comprehensive student success, oversee day-to-day school operations, facilitate
and foster a respectful and equitable learning environment, and develop school wide goals in concert with our district. 
To succeed in this role, one should be able to make quick decisions under pressure, be collaborative and personable, and have
a comprehensive understanding of the national and state educational systems and their regulations. 
Excellent communication, organization, and presentation abilities are also important skills one should be able to demonstrate.

REQUIREMENTS:
 
• NJ Principal Certification
• Experience as a Principal/Vice-Principal 3-5 years
• Demonstrate Leadership in the Professional Standards for Educational Leaders
• Ability to analyze data to be used to improve student achievement in academics and social-emotional growth
• Evidence of using an effective evaluation model to support and improve teaching and administrative
  performance and practice
• Demonstrate Leadership/Supervision experience
• Proficiency in existing and emerging technology applications
• Excels in communication, collaboration, and decision making
