The Northern Region Educational Services Commission, with its Central office located in Wayne, NJ, is looking for Part-Time (3 days per week) Speech Language Specialists for the Paterson Public Schools for the 2025 - 2026 school year.
Qualifications:
Appropriate NJ Certification required
Must have evaluation testing experience
Demonstrate knowledge of effective behavior strategies and applying behavior intervention plans, as needed
Will work collaboratively with the child study team and teachers of students with disabilities to develop goals and provide speech language related services
Employ instructional methods and materials that are available and appropriate for meeting the needs of the students
Follows and implements Individualized Education Plans
Criminal History background check
Proof of US citizenship or legal resident alien status
Salary Range: As per negotiated contract and commensurate with experience as per the established PCESCTA Salary Guide ranging from $81,000 - $83,000 annual salary (pro-rated for 3 days per week).
