Requirements:

Black Seal Boiler License required.
Ability to perform the duties of C-2, C-3 and Head Custodian job description.
Must be proficient in the use of tools and several trades.
Ability to maintain a clean and safe facility.
Make minor building repairs
Excellent communication skills both in verbal and written.
