Qualifications & Description of Position/Responsibilities:

7AM to 4 PM
Supervise and delegate work to building staff
Effectively manage the school building to ensure a safe, clean and healthy environment for students and staff
Submit work orders for needed maintenance and repairs to the building
Ability to work flexible hours
Mandatory snow removal when required
Possession of Black Seal Boiler's License Required
Valid NJ Driver's License Required
