Chief School Administrator
Lower Alloways Creek Board of Education is seeking a dedicated and resourceful educational leader. Located in southern Salem County, our PK-8 rural school district is seeking a leader who will honor our proud heritage, embrace our school's vision, and pave a pathway to academic excellence for our students.
Required:
- NJ School Administrator Certificate (or Certificate of Eligibility)
- Classroom teaching experience
Preferred:
- Supervisory experience
- Assistant Principal or Principal experience
The succesful candidate will demonstrate:
- Educational leadership with strong interpersonal skills
- A commitment to excellence for all students and staff
- Well rounded in all areas of school management
- Stron background in curriculum, instruction, and community engagement
Starting salary $110,000 or more based on experience
