Description QUALIFICATIONS:
Three years experience in the operation of building systems and supervision of personnel preferred. 
Computer literate.
High school diploma and New Jersey State Black Seal License mandatory. 

PREFERRED:
Educational Facility Management certification preferred.
 
JOB GOAL: 
To provide all students and staff with a physical learning environment that is safe, clean, pleasant, attractive, and smoothly functioning.  Position requires day, night, and weekend duties.
 
SALARY:
Dependent upon experience.
