The Berlin Township School District, located in Camden County, New Jersey, is seeking qualified candidates for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to work within the district 2 days/week. The district is committed to excellence in education through a strong belief that each and every student can learn at high levels. The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst certificate or coursework leading to acquisition of the same
- Ability to facilitate the assessment of student’s developmental levels through the utilization of standardized measures to develop appropriate programming, based on ABA methodology
- Thorough understanding of the functions of behavior and ability to conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and develop and implement appropriate behavior management programs
- Desire to educate staff and families on functions of behavior, data collection methods, and behavior management strategies
- Ability to work with students with a range of disabilities
