Qualifications:
NJ Department of Education ESL Teacher Certification or Bilingual Education
- Additional certifications/endorsements in other World Langauges prefered
- Knowledge of NJ Student Learning Standards,
- Knowledge of the WIDA and mandated state testing and progress/ongoing monitoring of students' language proficiency levels,
- Excellent interpersonal skills, highly motivated result-driven educator, to modify curriculum, materials, and instructional methods to accommodate the varied language backgrounds, learning styles, and academic abilities of ELL students.
