Robbinsville Public School District of Mercer County is seeking a collaborative educational leader who is committed to success for every student to serve as Superintendent of Schools. This PreK-12 grade district serves approximately 3,200 students in 3 schools with approximately 300 teaching staff and operates with a budget of $72 million dollars.
The ideal candidate will have documented success and expertise in finance, operations, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, personnel management, effective communications and outreach in building community partnerships, and documented success in improving student achievement.
Qualifications
· NJ School Administrator or Certificate of Eligibility is required
· Experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent or in Central Office required
· Principal experience preferred
· Classroom teaching experience preferred
· Earned Doctorate preferred
Salary: Commensurate with experience; subject to NJ regulations.
