PREK THROUGH FIFTH GRADE
QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful Principal candidate will possess experience and credentials as follows:
Appropriate certification and academic credentials
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Student-centered philosophy
Teaching and administrative experience in innovative and creative school environment
Knowledge of school organization, budget, scheduling, staffing, and student management
Strong instructional leadership, personnel, and program development
An understanding of the diverse needs of all children
Effective collaboration and a positive inclusive mindset that involves staff, students, and the community
Minimum of 3 years of building-level or district-wide leadership as an Assistant Principal or Supervisor
