The Bethlehem Township School District in Hunterdon County, seeks a highly skilled professional to join the Administrative team. Bethlehem Township is a Pre-K to 8 District with a budget of $10 million.
Candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with administration, business office staff, teaching staff, board, and community members.
Strong understanding of public school financial accounting/budgeting and reporting procedures according to the statute/code and GAAP requirements. Successful record related to school budget preparation, benefits, payroll, purchasing, transportation, facilities and projects, insurance/risk mgt. and food service operations. Knowledge of Board Secretary duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Valid New Jersey School Business Administrator Standard Certificate or Certificate of Eligibility
Public School Administrator or school business office experience preferred
Qualified Purchasing Agent (QPA) Certificate preferred
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Salary commensurate with experience
