Valid NJ Educational Services Certificate with School Psychologist endorsement
Demonstrate knowledge of laws and regulations governing special education and be able to participate in the evaluation, classification, and placement of all pupils with special needs
Ability to administer and interpret the results of psychological testing and assist in the development and coordination of an appropriate individualized education plan for each student
Ability to develop instructional and behavioral strategies, formulate educational programs, and assist professional staff
Ability to provide psychological counseling to students individually and in group settings
Ability to provide social skills support to students in group settings.
