Description: The myriad of activities offered at Wide World of Summer Camp are the direct responsibility of the Specialists. Specialists are required to develop and implement age-appropriate activities within he context of various disciplines, while fostering a safe, fun, and rewarding environment.
All applicants are expected to be available to work from the end of June through mid-August.
Qualification:
A minimum of 2 years recreation, education or camp activities experience with children from grades 1-8.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement age-appropriate activities within the context of various disciplines, while fostering a safe, fun, and rewarding environment.
New Jersey State substitute teacher certificate is required. Standard teaching certificate is preferred.
Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to work individually and within a team environment.
